At bloom & brave, we want you to absolutely love your skincare journey with us! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered with our straightforward returns and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: 28 days from the date of purchase

Condition: Products must be unopened and in their original packaging

Options: Full refund or exchange for another product

How It Works

For Returns:

Contact us at vikki@bloomnbrave.com within 28 days of your purchase

Include your order number and reason for return

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label

Once we receive your unopened item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days

For Exchanges:

Email us at vikki@bloomnbrave.com with your order details

Let us know which product you’d like to exchange for

We’ll arrange the exchange and cover return postage

Your new product will be dispatched once we receive your return

What We Need

Original packaging and product seals intact

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email works perfectly)

Products returned within 28 days of purchase date

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
